Twilight: The Twisted lights Illuminating Tradition!

Imagine a villa that’s more than just a home; it’s a captivating experience. What if a lantern transformed into a villa, its soft glow reimagined in a modern and luxurious way? Now picture a community of these alluring structures, each a masterpiece in its own right. That’s the heart of our vision, where tradition meets innovation.

We begin with the essence of Emirati living – privacy, and openness harmoniously coexisting. Our solution? Simple yet ingenious twisted zones that create an interplay of private and semi-private spaces, evoking the timeless charm of traditional Emirati courtyard houses. These central courts offer a delightful game of visual intrigue and dance of light and shadow.

Our villa’s entrance is designed to be discreet yet warm, welcoming with double-height grace. Inside, you’ll find a meticulously crafted blend of solid and void, connecting family living with a backyard and private internal courtyard. The architecture doesn’t just create spaces; it curates experiences and atmospheres.

On the ground floor, the majlis transforms into a guest bedroom, offering ultimate flexibility. With three floors, our design ensures the ground floor is a hub of family life and majlis, the first floor boasts private bedrooms, and the basement caters to essential services.

Returning to the lantern, its soft and ambient glow inspired our design. We’ve innovatively employed low-cost AAC brick modules that can form solid or perforated walls. When clustered together on a vertical double-height mass, they impart a luminous feel akin to a lantern, offering a unique and futuristic housing community – the Twilight Houses.
